We can offer you the opportunity to be part of a 10 session therapeutic group where you can meet other parents/carers in a similar situation and draw on each others experiences and skills. The groups we offer are informed by Non-Violence Resistance (NVR).

The group is held virtually on Microsoft teams.  NVR focuses on supporting you as a parent/carer who have children who are aged between 7-18 years old to develop tools and techniques to care for your child/young person who displays challenging attitudes and behaviours. You will leave the group with a wealth of resources, strategies and ideas to continue to strengthen your relationships.
